Upper Montclair Country Club Named Golf Club of the Year

Upper Montclair Country Club has been named the 2019 New Jersey Golf Foundation Golf Club of the Year. Under the direction of its Head Professional, Michael Holiday, Upper Montclair has consistently showed great support for the New Jersey Golf Foundation. For the last 5 years, it has hosted its Annual “Kris Kringle Open”, a very popular and well attended, Santa Clause themed day of golf that supports local charities including the New Jersey Section’s PGA Hope Program, a program in which veterans assimilate back into their communities through the social interaction the game of golf provides. The New Jersey Golf Foundation as well as the New Jersey PGA congratulates Upper Montclair Country Club, its staff, and its membership on this award.
