Neuberger Berman Foundation Donates $5,000 to New Jersey Golf Foundation
Bedminster, N.J. December 6, 2017 - Neuberger Berman, a 75-year-old private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has announced that its Foundation is making a $5,000 donation to the New Jersey Golf Foundation, the charitable arm of the New Jersey Section, PGA of America.
This donation by the Neuberger Berman Foundation will assist with the growth of the New Jersey Golf Foundation’s programming for its three pillars, youth, military and special needs. The New Jersey Golf Foundation’s focused programming includes Golf in Schools, PGA Jr. League, Boys and Girls Clubs, Special Olympics New Jersey, Els for Autism, PGA HOPE, and PGA REACH, all under the guidance of New Jersey PGA Professionals.
“The Neuberger Berman Foundation continues to identify strong charities that align with their mission and I'm very happy that they recognized the achievements and impact the New Jersey Golf Foundation is having in the community,” said Gregg Angelillo, a Senior Vice President and Senior Regional Director of Neuberger Berman. “This grant will help us enhance our youth programs, expand our reach, and solidify our Foundation in our community.”
Angelillo is a former president of the New Jersey Golf Foundation and has been a board member of the New Jersey Golf Foundation since 2007.
The Neuberger Berman Foundation seeks to support at-risk children and youth to achieve their potential by supporting programs that promote academic success and economic sustainability.
